A First Love Rekindled A young journey of love which started 35 years ago is back—united and stronger than ever. Now engaged to be married, we celebrate a union bound as one by what once was, yet never lost, and always meant to be. Join us in Charleston, South Carolina, on March 21, 2026, at the Francis Marion Hotel as we say “I do” and begin our next chapter together.

They say there’s an invisible string that connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstance. This string may stretch or tangle, but it never breaks. Our journey began 35 years ago—a young love full of promise and dreams. Life, as it often does, took us on different paths. But through the years, that invisible string held strong, quietly tethering our hearts. Time passed, seasons changed, and yet the connection remained. And when the moment was right, that string gently pulled us back together—older, wiser, and more certain than ever. Now, we stand here, not as two people starting anew, but as two souls as one in a love that never truly left. A bonded union reunited by what once was, yet never lost, and always meant to be.
